Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental/guardian permission and supervision. We do not knowingly allow use by ineligible persons.

2. License to Use the Game

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game on your personal mobile device(s) for your non-commercial entertainment only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works.
• Use cheats, bots, hacks, macros, or any unauthorized software/tools.
• Interfere with the Game’s servers, progression systems, or other players.
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose.

All rights, title, and interest in the Game (including graphics of orange I, purple O, green T, blue S, yellow Z, red J, cyan L pieces, island maps, boosters, and sounds) remain with Saga Games or our licensors.

3. Accounts and Progress

Some features (e.g., saving island progress across devices, gold balance) may require signing in via third-party services (Apple, Google, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, cheating (e.g., manipulating lives timers or stars), or at our discretion.

4. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Items

The Game is free to play but offers optional in-app purchases for gold, boosters, extra lives, or other virtual items (“Virtual Items”). Purchases are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play (we do not store payment details).

• Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Game.
• All purchases are final; no refunds except as required by law or app store policies.
• We may modify, suspend, or remove Virtual Items or features at any time.

You agree to comply with Apple and Google in-app purchase terms.

5. Advertising

The Game includes ads (banners, interstitials, rewarded videos for bonuses like extra lives or reshuffles). By playing, you consent to ads. Rewarded ads are optional.

Ads are served by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob, Unity Ads). See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content (if any social features added later).
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages on levels or targets.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game and all content (sprites, animations like level unlocks/shakes/crossfades, path markers) are owned by Saga Games or licensed to us. You get no ownership rights beyond the limited license above.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim all warranties (express/implied) including fitness for purpose or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saga Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game (including lost progress, stars, gold, or lives). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations or other reasons. Upon termination, your license ends, and you must stop using the Game. Virtual Items may be lost.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued play after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes may be notified in-game or via app stores.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA (without regard to conflict of laws). Disputes shall be resolved in courts in Houston, Texas, or through binding arbitration if required by law.
