This page explains how to request deletion of any personal data that Saga Games, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Saga Games”) has collected about you in connection with our mobile puzzle game Bursting Block Saga (the “Game”) and any related sign-in or social features (Apple, Google, Facebook Login, leaderboards, cloud save).

This policy is provided as the official “User Data Deletion Instructions URL” for our Facebook App configuration, and applies equally to data collected through any other platform on which the Game is offered.

1. What Data We May Hold

When you sign in or play the Game, we may store information such as:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not retain your Facebook password or your friends list beyond what is needed to render in-game social features.

2. How to Request Deletion

You have two ways to delete the data tied to your account.

Option A — Remove the App from Facebook

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Select Apps and Websites.
  3. Find Bursting Block Saga in your list of active apps.
  4. Click Remove and confirm.

Removing the app revokes our access to your Facebook profile and triggers an automatic deletion request to us. We will purge the personal data tied to your Facebook user ID from our active systems within 30 days, and from encrypted backups within 90 days.

Option B — Email Us Directly

Send an email to support@sagagames.app with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:

We will confirm receipt within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of identity verification.

3. What Gets Deleted

Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, financial records related to in-app purchases) or to prevent fraud and abuse, in which case they will be isolated and protected from any further processing. Anonymized or aggregated data with no link back to you may be retained for game-balance and quality improvements.

4. Effect of Deletion

Once your data is deleted, your cloud progress cannot be restored. If you re-install the Game and sign in again, you will start as a new player on Island 1.

Active Virtual Items (gold, boosters, extra lives) are tied to your account and will be lost on deletion. Per our Terms of Service, Virtual Items have no real-world value and are non-refundable.
